Entrance to this fort is through Lahori Gate, which leads you to long bazaar street, the Chatta Chowk. The market place is called the Meena Bazaar, and has an excellent collection of antiques, miniature paintings, ivory jewellery etc.

Then, there is Diwan-I-Aam or the Hall of Public audience, where the king would listen to the complaints of the common man.
